TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “LOVE IT. OR ALOHA!” PROGRAMME
§1. General Provisions
1. The organiser of the “Love It. Or Aloha!” programme, hereinafter referred to as the “Programme”, is HZ7 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin (71-500), al. Wyzwolenia 46/437, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001121210, NIP: 8513316557, REGON: 529365858, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.
2. The Programme applies to purchases made between 08.09.2026 and 31.10.2026 through the wiliwili.pl online store.
3. The Programme is intended for consumers making purchases for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
4. Participation in the Programme begins automatically upon the purchase of a product that meets the Programme conditions. Participation in the Programme does not require prior application, registration or the granting of any additional consent.
5. The Programme constitutes an additional, voluntary benefit provided by the Organiser and does not limit the customer’s rights under applicable law, in particular the right to submit a complaint regarding goods that do not conform to the contract and the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
§2. Products Covered by the Programme
1. The Programme covers all full-size WiliWili cosmetic products purchased through the wiliwili.pl online store during the Programme period.
2. During the entire Programme period, one participant may return a maximum of 6 different products, provided that no more than one item of each type of product may be returned.
3. The limit specified in section 2 applies regardless of the number of orders placed by the participant during the Programme period.
4. Additional units of the same product are not eligible for return under the Programme.
§3. Return Rules
1. To use the return option under the Programme, the participant should: a) purchase a full-size WiliWili product through the wiliwili.pl store during the Programme period;
b) try the product in accordance with its intended purpose and instructions for use;
c) notify the Organiser of their intention to return the product within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the order;
d) complete the return form available on the Programme page;
e) return the product together with the form or order number within 14 days of submitting the return request.
2. The returned product must be in its original packaging and contain at least 75% of its original contents. The product should be used in accordance with its intended purpose. Products whose contents have been removed in a manner other than through normal use, as well as products that have been diluted, refilled, transferred to another container or otherwise modified, are not eligible for return under the Programme.
3. The product must be properly secured for transport and returned to the following address:

4. The participant bears the direct cost of returning the product. The Organiser does not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
5. There is no need to include a receipt in the parcel. Providing the order number is sufficient to confirm the purchase.
§4. Refunds
1. Once the Programme conditions have been met, the Organiser will refund the participant the price actually paid for the returned product, taking into account any discounts and promotional codes used.
2. The Programme does not cover a refund of the original delivery costs or the costs of returning the product.
3. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date the Organiser receives the product and confirms that the Programme conditions have been met.
4. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to place the order, unless the participant agrees to another method.
5. If the returned product does not meet the Programme conditions, the Organiser will inform the participant by email.
§5. Final Provisions
1. Questions regarding the Programme may be sent to: sklep@wiliwili.pl.
2. The rules governing the processing of participants’ personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available at wiliwili.pl.
3. The Programme Terms and Conditions are available free of charge at wiliwili.pl.
4. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant provisions of Polish law.
